In order to offer the best possible service, we have categorized the kitchen differently throughout the day. 

We start the morning with a breakfast buffet from 08:00 - 10:00, where both hot and cold dishes are offered. The lunch menu starts at 11:30 a.m. with light fare such as tarte flambée or salads. There is also coffee and cake at lunchtime or a glass of wine. In the evening, the menu changes to à la carte and several coordinated courses follow, vegetarian options are also available.
