Our hotel is located in the heart of the Moselle valley near Cochem. Transport stations such as a train station with a connection to Mainz, a landing stage for tourist ferries and hiking trails are within walking distance. There are also parking spaces available for hotel guests.
The name of Ley:
(Low German: Ley) (Old Saxon: lêia)
means slab of rock or slate in the more modern sense.
Due to the history of the building as a former slate transshipment point, we wanted to dedicate the name to the regional good slate.
Breakfast & Meals:
Every morning we prepare a hot and cold breakfast in the restaurant. Between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. you can start the day with a view of the Moselle. The buffet offers a wide range of drinks and fresh ingredients for your menu. Lunch continues from 11:30 a.m., where you can linger for coffee and cake. In addition, there is a warm kitchen until 10:00 p.m.
